Generations Computer Systems (GCS) is back after a 10 year hiatus in Singapore.
Yes, that's right. Even during this 10 year span, I have been updating my servicing
knowledge and procedures while overseas.

I don't operate a shop and only take possession of the equipment in the event that
a more extensive diagnostic is required. I also try to work around your schedule.

I offer On-Site Computer servicing for all Windows-based computer desktops and
laptops to residential customers at affordable prices. Most of my prices are based
on budget limitations of most Singaporeans.

Services like;

System Diagnostics
(Determine system performance and improvement without re-installing)

Complete re-installation of Microsoft Operating Systems like Windows 8/7/Vista/XP
as well as Microsoft Office & other software.
(If it is required)

Upgrading of current hardware
(Better and/or faster Video, sound, processor, memory and etc.)

Data Recovery
(Limited scope due to the volatile nature of equipment)

Tailor-made New System Builds (TNSB)
(Based on user requirements and budget)

Re-conditioned System Builds (RSB)
(For people on shoe-string budgets)

Buying and selling of used branded laptops

Most of my work come with a service guarantee of at least 15 days and is determined
on the work done. Refer to the following schedule;

1. Diagnostics - $30
2. Replacement of components - $5 to $15
3. Re-installation of Windows Operating System only (if product keys are present) - $25
4. Re-installation of Office and up to two other programs (if product keys are present) - $10
5. Re-installation of programs not included in schedule 4 - $5 per additional program

Schedules 2, 3 & 4 will be discounted out for TNSB service calls within 1 year.
Schedules 3 & 4 will get a discount of $5 if done on the same day.
If none of the product keys are available, they can be obtained at prevailing retail cost.

There is an optional diagnostics service package for all TNSB computers only for an
additional $50. How does this work? During the course of 1st year, I will cover up to
two diagnostic charges. That is an automatic discount of $10. This package is only
available on the day of delivery.
